The first eliminator of PSL 2018 between Quetta Gladiators and Peshawar Zalmi marks a shift in the venue of the tournament from UAE to Pakistan, where the knockouts will be held. Both the teams managed to qualify for the knockouts despite only 5 wins from 10 games.

QUE’s preparations for the knockout stage have suffered a massive jolt as most of their overseas players have decided not to travel to Pakistan due to security concerns.
